1. Introduction

Welcome to 786sp, accessible at https://786sp.cam (hereinafter referred to as "786sp", "the Platform", "we", "us" or "our"). 786sp is an English-language online betting and casino information platform operated for the benefit of users in Pakistan and other permitted jurisdictions.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you" or "your") and 786sp concerning your access to and use of the Platform, its content, services and any related features. These Terms apply in addition to any game-specific rules, bonus terms or promotional conditions that may be published on the Platform from time to time.

786sp does not hold a gambling license issued by any Pakistani government authority, including the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) or any provincial regulatory body. Access to and use of 786sp is subject to the following eligibility requirements. You must satisfy all of the criteria below before registering an account or using any Services offered by the Platform:

1. Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age prescribed by the operator or license jurisdiction applicable to the specific gambling service you intend to use. It is your responsibility to verify the applicable minimum age before participating.
2. Legal Capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction. Individuals who are legally incapable of contracting — due to minority, mental incapacity or other statutory reason — are strictly prohibited from using the Platform.
3. Jurisdictional Compliance: You must ensure that accessing and using online gambling services is lawful in your jurisdiction. Pakistani users are advised that online gambling may be restricted under the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and other applicable legislation. 786sp does not represent that its Services are lawful in Pakistan or any specific jurisdiction.
4. Single Account: Each individual User is permitted to hold only one registered account on the Platform. The creation of duplicate, secondary or shared accounts is prohibited and may result in suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts.
5. Accurate Information: You must provide truthful, accurate and complete information at registration and must promptly update your account details if any information changes. Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
6. Self-Exclusion Status: You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion order, voluntary exclusion agreement or mandatory exclusion imposed by any gambling operator or regulatory authority. Circumventing a self-exclusion arrangement is strictly prohibited.

4. Account Registration

To access the full range of Services available on 786sp, you may be required to create a registered account. The registration process requires you to provide certain personal information, including but not limited to your full name, date of birth, email address and a secure password.

By completing the registration process, you warrant that:

• All information provided is accurate, current and belongs to you personally;
• You are registering for personal, non-commercial use only;
• You have not previously had an account suspended or terminated by 786sp for breach of these Terms;
• You will maintain the security of your account credentials and will not share your login details with any third party.

786sp reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide reasons for such a decision.

5. Platform Use & Acceptable Conduct

786sp grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, redistribute, sell or commercially exploit any content on the Platform.

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not:

• Violate any applicable local, national or international laws or regulations, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 (Pakistan) and the Electronic Transactions Ordinance, 2002 (Pakistan);
• Infringe the intellectual property rights, privacy rights or other proprietary rights of 786sp or any third party;
• Involve the transmission of unsolicited commercial communications (spam), malware, viruses or any other harmful code;
• Constitute harassment, abuse, defamation or any other harmful conduct toward other users or Platform staff;
• Involve the use of automated tools, bots, scrapers or similar technologies to access or extract content from the Platform without prior written consent from 786sp;
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform's systems, infrastructure or databases.

786sp reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate access to the Platform for any User found to be in breach of these conduct standards, with or without prior notice, and without prejudice to any other legal remedies available.

6. Deposits & Withdrawals

786sp may reference or facilitate access to deposit and withdrawal functionality offered by the Operator associated with the Platform. All financial transactions — including deposits and withdrawal requests — are subject to the Operator's own terms, payment processing rules and applicable limits.

For the convenience of Pakistani users, the Platform may reference payment methods that are commonly used in Pakistan, including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, and bank transfer services provided by institutions such as HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah. The reference to these providers is for contextual familiarity only and does not constitute an endorsement of, partnership with, or support from any such provider for gambling-related transactions.

• Minimum deposit amounts are set by the Operator and are subject to change. Illustrative examples on the Platform (such as "PKR 1,000 minimum deposit") are provided for guidance only.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to successful completion of KYC verification, satisfaction of any applicable bonus wagering conditions, and compliance with the Operator's processing procedures.
• 786sp does not guarantee specific deposit or withdrawal processing times. Timelines depend on the Operator, the payment method selected and the user's bank or wallet provider.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

786sp may display information about bonus offers and promotional activities associated with the Operator's services. Any bonus figures referenced on the Platform — such as "100% Welcome Offer up to PKR 25,000" or "Cricket Weekend Offer up to PKR 15,000" — are illustrative examples only and do not constitute guaranteed, live or currently available promotions unless expressly stated otherwise at the time of viewing.

The following general principles apply to all bonus and promotional content on 786sp:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to wagering or rollover requirements set by the Operator. Users must read and satisfy these conditions before attempting to withdraw bonus-derived funds.
• Expiry: Bonuses carry expiry dates. Funds not wagered within the stated period may be forfeited in accordance with the Operator's bonus terms.
• One Bonus Per User: Unless specifically stated otherwise, each User is entitled to claim each promotional offer only once. Duplicate account holders are not eligible for any promotional benefit.
• Operator Authority: The Operator reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotional offer at any time, without prior notice and at its sole discretion.
• No Guaranteed Returns: Bonuses do not guarantee winnings or returns. Gambling involves risk, and bonus funds do not reduce that risk.

8. KYC & Verification

In accordance with standard anti-money laundering (AML) and fraud-prevention obligations, the Platform and associated Operator may require Users to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. KYC verification confirms the identity and age of the account holder and is a prerequisite for certain account functions, particularly the processing of withdrawal requests.

Pakistani users may typically be required to submit the following:

• A valid Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) or international passport;
• A recent proof of address (bank statement, utility bill or official correspondence issued within the preceding 3 months), where required by the Operator;
• A selfie or liveness-check photograph as directed by the Operator's verification portal;
• Evidence of the payment method used, where the name on the payment account must match the registered account name.

Users must upload all verification documents exclusively through the Operator's secure, HTTPS-encrypted verification portal. Documents must never be transmitted via unsecured email, social media, WhatsApp or any other unencrypted channel.

9. Responsible Gambling

786sp is firmly committed to the principle that gambling should remain a form of entertainment and must never be pursued as a means of financial income or as a method to address financial difficulties. The Platform provides a range of responsible gambling tools and informational resources to help users maintain control over their gambling activity.

The following responsible gambling controls may be available through the Platform or associated Operator:

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits to control their financial exposure.
• Session Time Limits: Time reminders and mandatory session break notifications may be configured from account settings.
• Cool-Off Periods: Users may request a temporary suspension of their account for a defined period, during which gambling activity will not be accessible.

10. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are expressly prohibited on the Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination and, where appropriate, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming duplicate bonuses or circumventing account restrictions;
• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, identity theft or any other illegal financial activity;
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, cheating, collusion or manipulation of betting markets;
• Accessing the Platform using VPN, proxy services or other technical means to circumvent geographic restrictions applicable in your jurisdiction, where such use is intended to circumvent legal prohibitions;
• Sharing account credentials with third parties or permitting another individual to operate your account;
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, glitches or vulnerabilities in the Platform for personal financial gain;
• Circumventing any active self-exclusion agreement, whether voluntary or mandatory, by re-registering under a different identity;
• Using funds derived from unlawful activity to make deposits on the Platform.

11. Intellectual Property

All content published on 786sp — including but not limited to text, graphics, layout, design, code, logos, imagery, data tables and informational guides — is the intellectual property of 786sp or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and intellectual property laws.

No content from 786sp may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded to a third-party server, sold, distributed or modified without the prior express written consent of 786sp. Unauthorised use of Platform content may constitute an infringement of intellectual property rights and may give rise to civil or criminal liability.

The 786sp name, logo and brand identifiers are proprietary marks of 786sp. Use of these marks without authorisation is strictly prohibited.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 786sp and its officers, directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform;
• Financial losses incurred as a result of gambling activities undertaken through or in connection with the Platform;
• Errors, inaccuracies or outdated information contained in any Platform content, including but not limited to odds data, bonus terms or payment method availability;
• Interruption, suspension or termination of Platform services, whether due to technical issues, maintenance or events beyond 786sp's reasonable control;
• Any loss or damage arising from the User's failure to comply with their legal obligations under applicable local law, including failure to assess the legality of online gambling in Pakistan.

786sp provides the Platform and all content on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 786sp is registered and operates. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by mandatory local law in your country of residence.

Pakistani users acknowledge that local courts may also have jurisdiction over disputes to the extent required by Pakistani law, and that nothing in these Terms purports to exclude or limit any rights or protections available to Pakistani consumers under applicable Pakistani legislation.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

14. Amendments to These Terms

786sp reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. When material changes are made, 786sp will endeavour to notify registered Users via the email address associated with their account or through a prominent notice on the Platform.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and may request the closure of your account by contacting support.
